At Muffetta’s we take your health and the cleanliness of your home very seriously.
For that reason we do not supply the following in order to not bring foreign dirt, lint and contaminants into your home.

We do NOT supply the following:

Vacuum that is in good working condition! (please check the bag/canister)
Mop & Bucket
Microfiber Floor Mop w/washable pads i.e. ‘Bona stick’ or similar
Broom
Toilet Scrub Brush
Paper towels
Stainless appliance cleaner (if needed)
Any special hardwood floor cleaner (if desired)
Fume-Free Oven cleaner (if not self-cleaned in advance of appt.) (if needed)
Small Step Stool (if needed)

May we suggest the Bona Floor Care Kit for either hardwood or tiled floors if you are at a loss.

I would highly recommend Muffetta's Domestic Assistants for anyone in the area looking for cleaning services. My wife... and I wanted to get our 2 bedroom apartment deep cleaned prior to the birth of our first child, so we had one cleaning professional come for 8 hours on a Saturday. They did a fantastic job! We have a small dog so there was some pet hair to deal with, but each room sparkled by the time she was done. She even dusted off the liquor bottles on our bar! At one point she noted a microwave cleaning was (mistakenly) not listed on the work order, but she performed one anyway. We will definitely be using Muffetta's in the future so long as we are in the area!read more

I was taking care of a house for a short period of time that had not been cleaned out in decades. I hired a team of two... people for two 8 hour days who transformed a very dirty house into a very clean living environment. The staff were very nice, very professional, and very hard workers. The office manager Peta listened carefully to the work I required and kept in communication with me during the entire process. The owner Troy called me the day before the work started to let me know to call him if I needed anything or if there were any problems, and told me his goal was to provide the best possible service. More service businesses should be as professional and provide such excellent service as Muffetta's. I would hire them again in an instant.read more

Their professionalism is of the highest quality. If I could rate 6 stars I would. Muffetta's took on the impossible task of cleaning a family member's apartment that... had been deteriorating for years sure to hoarding and lack of any attention to cleaning. They swooped in for 2 days and brought it to pristine condition with good humor and a lot of hard work in the face of some pretty disgusting areas in the bathroom and kitchen particularly. We worked side by side with them - going through personal items while Muffetta's staff cleaned - they were great partners. The booking and payment processes were easy and fair. While I was in the hospital recovering from major surgery my son and daughter-in-law surprised me by hiring Muffetta's... to clean my 1 bedroom apartment prior to my coming home. They also set up a cleaning session for every two weeks. Being a senior citizen, it was getting a bit hard to keep up with the cleaning. After the surgery it was really impossible for me to do any. A deep cleaning was done initially and then a 5 hour session every two weeks. Jackie is an angel. She is so personable. After she finishes her cleaning, my apartment just sparkles. Troy is a pleasure to speak to, and is so helpful. I am happy so say that Muffetta's and I are going to have a long term relationship.read more
